Why is a photo of my child not appearing in My VIPs?

It is likely that your child has not been recognised/tagged in the photo. If that is the case, simply flag the photo to alert the school Gallery Administrator. Follow these simple steps:

1. Select the photo to add it to your Working Tray.
2. Click on the Flag icon to report the file. A pop up window will appear asking for a reason. Select ‘Not this person’.
3. It will be helpful to give further details of which child you would like name tagged, which you can provide in the Notes section.
4. Click Save for the report to be sent to the Administrator. The file will be removed from general Gallery view until it is reviewed by the Administrator.
