When attempting to download a particular photo you may receive a message indicating you cannot download an image due to restrictions. The most common reasons for a download restriction are:
- The Gallery only allows parents to download photos of their child. If the child’s face has not been identified and tagged in a particular photo, the parent will not be able to download that photo. If that occurs, please either Flag the photo to request the school identify the child’s face in that photo, or contact the School Administrator directly.
- If there is more than one child featured, another parent may have placed a publishing restriction on their child’s photos that they are not to be downloaded in the Gallery.
- The Gallery has decided that no photos in the Gallery are able to be downloaded.
