How do I download all photos of my child from My VIPs?

Use the multi-select function by following these steps:

1. Click on the first photo at the top of the screen
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to the last photo displayed
3. Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and click on the last photo to select all. This will add all photos selected to your Working Tray ready for Download.
