Will photos I upload into the Gallery be visible to everyone?

pixevety provides multiple layers of privacy and it will depend on many factors whether a user can see a file: the role a user has been assigned, what Folder it has been uploaded into, who has been given access to that Folder, the access setting in the gallery itself, and the member consent permissions placed on each image they are featured in. Users assigned a Gallery Administrator or Gallery Manager role will be able to view and manage all content in a Media Gallery, however, other users like staff or parents will be assigned roles with restricted functions or limited Folder access. As a result, as a user connected to a Gallery, you may be asked to upload into an Album that may not be visible to you. Please speak to your School Gallery Administrator if you are having issues viewing content, or if you would like to request your content be made more accessible to other users connected to the Gallery.
